We’ve responded to our customers asking for a rugged, yet affordable scraper to handle light coal, aggregates, coal prep, grains and other lighter duty conveyor applications.

Our light duty scraper utilizes a simplified design to save you money with no sacrifice in quality construction. Reliable spring tensioners are included on both sides.

All hardware is stainless steel. Mounting brackets are heavy duty and designed for the quickest installation.

Standard 6" wide individual blades can be rotated to extend life in the center (prime wear area) of the conveyor belt. A handy feature is that the track removes easily with just two bolts so you can install/rotate individual blades in a convenient area away from the conveyor. An optional one-piece, quickchange blade installs with just one pin on each side.
