Classic cam tensioners maintain a constant tension as the cam system rotates and the tension springs expand. This unique system requires no adjustments or tensioning throughout the entire wear life of the scraper blades.

Features include a stainless steel Acme rod and high strength stainless cable.

The unit can be rotated in either direction for mounting; holes match up for easy retro-fit with other Classic tensioners; and a small footprint allows installation in tight applications. An ingenious safety block feature allows the blade to wear to the wear line and no further. This also prevents the possibility of the blade flipping under.
