The fastest blade change available

Customers have challenged us to reduce the service time on a heavy duty scraper to almost nothing. Our response is the new E-Z Change.

This simple, Classic design enables you to change out the entire blade assembly by pulling and replacing two pins.

E-Z Change is also an extreme duty scraper. The shaft is3/8" wall thickness DOM mechanical tubing.

It has a straight through shaft design with straight through tensioners. These are heavy duty tensioners from our rugged Head Shed scraper. Assembly pins are extra strong with safety chains attached for added security. In addition, the shaft has pre-drilled holes to accommodate various blade sizes.
