Classic wear liners are intended to be installed 1/8" to 1/4" from the surface of your conveyor belt. While your skirtboard is designed to seal in dust and small particles, these replaceable, adjustable liners prevent larger material from escaping under the skirtboard and pushing out the skirt rubber.

As usual, Classic offers you plenty of options and sizes to choose from.

Mounting options include pre-drilled and countersunk holes for bolting in place or without holes so that you can weld liners directly to the chute walls.

Wear liners are also available in a variety of materials to handle all sorts of applications:

• Mild steel for light duty use
• AR steel for general purpose
• Stainless steel for corrosive applications
• Ceramic lined mild steel for extreme wear
