Current Job Opportunities
Eastern Division -
Field Service Technician
- Job entails splicing, installation and repair of conveyor belts.
- Classic Conveyor component installation.
- Mechanical background preferable.
- Overnight travel is required.
- No experience needed; training will be provided.
- Underground Mining certification preferred, but not required.

Western Division -
Plant Maintenance Technician
- Install and repair conveyors, crushers, idlers and transfer points.
- Need 1 year stick and wire welding experience.
- Must be certified or able to obtain certification.
- Must pass 1-inch plate test vertical and over head.
- Industrial mechanical component maintenance experience preferred.
- Must have current MSHA certification.
- Some in-state and out-of-state overnight travel may be required.
- CDL preferred.

Belt Field Supervisor
- Responsible for project estimating and proposal generation.
- Must maintain appropriate material levels
- Manage the belt splicing technicians, monitoring safety, performance and product inventory.
- Organization, control, integration, and coordination of project files.
- Communicate with clients regarding details of project coordination and logistics.
- Involved in business development.
- May periodically be required to supervise a crew on a project site.
- Must have ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Should be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Must have ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
- Able to write routine reports, proposals, estimates and correspondence, with knowledge of how to use computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, Mail and Project.
