The Classic line of products was developed by a conveyor service company specializing in the mining and power market, so every effort has been made to develop products that are simple to install, easy to service, and sturdy enough for the harshest application. Specializing in the cleaning of belts carrying coal, the Classic line of products excels in performance, efficiency, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness.

Our patented "Head-Shed" line of primary cleaners incorporates features such as large blades for long wear life, an offset shaft for better absorption of mechanical splices, and mechanical tensioner requiring no adjustment throughout the life of the blades. The patented "Mine Duty" secondary scraper has independently spring-loaded blades to help match the natural contour of the belt, and, with four distinct relief zones, is gentle on mechanical splices. The "Mine Duty II" is designed to be a low profile secondary scraper for in tight applications. All Classic scrapers are available with mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic tensioners, and are also available with more blade options than any of the competitors.

In addition to our scrapers we also offer impact cradles, impact beds, target sheets, plows, skirt boards, skirt clamp, and deflective wear liners. Our impact beds feature adjustable troughing angle, which permits transitioning of the bed from flat to 35-degree trough. Our plows feature easy installation (less than ½ hour). Classic skirting and deflective wear liners can't be beat for loading point sealing.
